It will look much better without the nipple piercings and I am willing to bet that you will land more jobs without them. Other girls with large breasts and nipple piercings have not lasted long in the business from what I have seen. I think for the same reason that women with too many tattoos don't last, it is just not that attractive to mainstream audiences. It's better to wait until you leave the biz for that. But don't just take my word for it, ask some of the producers what they honestly prefer.

At least think of it from a business standpoint. I have read somewhere that you are being smart with your money. You want to have an look that sells videos and something as simple as nipple piercings could possibly ruin that. Make sure first that you will not lose too many jobs over it. I think that the breast enlargment will help your career and give you a bit of a different image. You have a beautiful face, so I wouldn't be surprised if Vivid started calling you after the surgery. The nipple piercings will work against you though if you get it re-done with the large breasts in my opinion and I want to see you in at least another 150 films.

Melissa, I think a C-cup would look much more proportionate and attractive on your body type, and not so ridiculous that you'd feel uncomfortable walking around once you've decided to retire from porn. How do you know your surgeon is skilled? Is he board-certified? Will you go over the muscle or under? Saline, silicone gel, or cohesive gel? High profile or moderate? Will the incision be through your armpit (transax) through the nipple (periareolar) or under the breast (submammary)? There are lots of factors to consider. Here's a fucked-up statistic from the FDA: at 3 years post-op, ONE THIRD of women wo had the surgery ended up having to get them removed or replaced due to complications. That's not a small number.

I just love it when American's bash France. It justifies the French hating Americans.
Where would America Be if the French hadn't kept the English Navy from Evacuating Cornwallis' troops from the Yorktown Penninsula?
What Statue would adorn Liberty Island.
For two hundred years before WWII when America needed help the French were there, since WWII the Americans have laughed at and insulted France.
Oh, and France was right there were no WMD in Iraq.
