The biggest difference is probably that Woodman's Castings series is 99.9% first timers. Rocco uses 'talent' that (most of the time) has been broken in by someone else. And Rocco's scenes are more energetic.

I like Rocco better nowadays, but enjoyed my share of Woodman flicks in the past.
