I guess scars aren't the issue nor is it the size or how high they sit up....it is their roundness....natural tits are not that perfectly round.
Kami had a nice job done...but again..Kami's too are perfectly round also....
but to each his own...fake tits look wonderful in clothes and things...naked they just don't look natural....
