I'm obviously not a fan of this girl's looks, but in the long run I think the new boobs will probably be a good thing. Gia's kind of plump and her original flabby, pancake boobs didn't favor her bottom half. These will at least fill her out a bit.
So +1 to the new tits.
Monstar, do you know if the implants went through the nipple? I think I see scars around the aureola.

there is more of a chance of them being placed wrong. you know how some girls tits look in diffrent directions. thats why same with arm pits. nipple is best for most even placement.
mine are through the nipple also

xbit, they will drop after a couple months. After that happens, looking at the size she chose, I think it will be hard to tell they're implants. I guess scars aren't the issue nor is it the size or how high they sit up....it is their roundness....natural tits are not that perfectly round.
Kami had a nice job done...but again..Kami's too are perfectly round also....
but to each his own...fake tits look wonderful in clothes and things...naked they just don't look natural....
