I havent looked at that thread where i gutted the guy, but i dont recall Random making a post which would seem logical if he were covering his tracks. I'm not paranoid at all. There are only a few posters here that I make a point of not missing their posts. I'm not going to list them but we all probably agree on the list. The rest can come and go, along with all the fake IDs. I will admit to being tremendously annoyed by Dr Pornz, but that was because I saw how he choked the life out of the ksex board. honestly, i wish the regulars would take it easy on the fakes from here out. i really only choose the messages i'm going to read by recognizable icons and i've just got too many other things filling my walnut-sized brain right now to worry about who's who this week. i just really can't get up for it, which sucks because that's less posts from people like random and bornyo that i'd read if i didn't have to play sleuth.
this is ridiculous, almost every regular and certainly the two arguing now are much, much funnier posting as themselves than whatever the sum-effect of their fakes is. maybe, just maybe we can all have a laugh about who was which fake then take it easy on them from here out. it's just wasting energy, all of it. nothing else profound, it's just lame and makes me post twice-weekly.

Since it appears I'm being "punked" -- though a feeble attempt it must be, because it's not exactly sticking out to me -- I'll share with you what it takes to really "punk" someone.
First you read ADT and gather information. You find out that a certain moderator is going to be out of town.
Then you sign up an account here under his ADT name. You use his avatar from over there for realism.
Then you post a synopsis of what he's been doing while he's out of town that you lifted from ADT.
Then you wait for people to contribute. And once they do, you wait for an opening to strike.
When the opening comes in the form of a pornstar revealing sexual information about this moderators personal life, you then move in for the kill. You cop to what has been said in embarrassing detail.
Then you wait for the jackals here to pick apart the pieces. You even add a few jabs of your own under your real account.
Then, when things become real interesting, you call Luke Ford out, under your real account, and ask him why he hasn't posted this amazing story of exploit on his web site.
Then you check lukeisback to see that he's posted it.
Then you politely thank Luke in the thread, again under your real account, and revel in knowing that hundreds, if not thousands of people will read this on Luke's site.
Then you check ADT to see if it's made news over there. Luckily for you, it has.
Then you wait till the real moderator makes his appearance and denounces that this person claiming to be him is a fake.
Then you revel some more in knowing that everyone has to clear things up. Apologies have to made. E-mails have to be sent -- even to Luke, who by the way, doesn't take the info down from his sight despite knowing it was all a joke.
Obviously, Cleetus got it.
If you want to punk someone, that's how you do it. I actually felt bad afterwards for being such a colossal prick, but what's done is done.
Other than that and Max Hardcore, which I copped to immediately after doing, Random is the only id I've used. I agree with James, too many fakes are just clutter.

Good point. I doubt i do it again and i always come clean a few weeks in when i have in the past. I was bored and board hit a rough patch and the board needed a new bambi to fill the garfield role. i get the sense simply owning a computer then joining myspace to show that you once spent over $140 on drugs kind of disqualifies you from being involved in any kind of convincing "thug life". the positive thing i can take away from this is that there's a limitless-supply of people that who look like they might be doing something criminal, actually do break the law, and then rent a fucking batsignal to broadcast that they're doing it. you could get halfway-through a decent genocide before the cops ran out of tuned-up hondas with weed in them driven by scruffy-looking 20-somethings with spiky-short hair, t-shirts and toughguy-jewelry to arrest.
