don't get me wrong, i love me some good stroke material. but i guess the glut of horrid crap i tried to wade through burned me out for a while.
as for me starting my website (as a starting point) I had dug porn, of course, and wanted to check out some chix but it always seems like i would get information AFTER the fact "oh that party was so cool", "xxxxx did a signing ...YESTERDAY" "yeah everyone was at this convention LAST WEEK" from other websites...it got old.
and taking a cue from a friend of mine going back a decade, Rog from rogreviews, i started my own shit. but i had an exact idea about what i wanted it to be, with the intention of being accessible to the casual fan as much as the fanboy and the industry. It seems to have been working.
...well, until last week when i went on hiatus after the XRCO and put the fucker on autopilot.
what's kool is i notice i draw a lot of the newer porn fans off of mypace, who at best, barely know of AVN.
