A family member whom I'm very close with (not that close you sick fucks) is waiting for a transplant. He got Hep C through a blood transfusion in the mid 90's, then lived with it for about a decade before being diagnosed. During that period of ignorance, he drank socially. Not an alcoholic by any means, but enough to do more damage to an already frail liver.

By the time he went on meds, the deterioration of his liver was far advanced. One medicine he went on basically was/is as strong as chemo for cancer patients, and it has the same side effects. So, like many in the same state, he's had to live with tremendous pain. Sucks real bad. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Having said that, everyone seems to be pussyfooting around when talking about the person Chloe was. It's clear as day that she was a complete bitch. Just fuckin' say it. It goes to show just how terrible of human being she was that no matter how sick she may have been at times, she still felt the need to treat people like shit. When most people fall ill, they take stock and try to be decent human beings. Apparently this chick didn't.

And I agree about the life insurance issue. She must have earned enough money from sucking celebrity dick to take out a decent policy for her children. Speaking of which, it was also kind of her to run to the papers and rat on Charlie Sheen. Ruining someone's marriage for financial gain, that's a classy move. Yeah, she's a great human being. I'm sure they'll be droves of people attending her funeral. Jenna's just using this Chloe Fund to further her own image, nothing more.
