I thought he was computer generated for a game like RE4

The story was in the NY Post today about how he was let into the USA from canada after he showed up at the border with a bloody chainsaw or something- they confiscated the weapons and then let him in. There should be a law that you can deny entry to this country justbecause he looks like that
