Honestly, it sounds like a rant by an opiate tolerant user/addict...after the nod wears off, some people become semi-hyper and emotional, but not like with Meth or coke. The rant/writing was too structured and semi-coherent to be Meth...besides if she was on Meth or coke when she composed this it would have been all in CAPS and in German no less...:
