Hello everyone! I have been a long time lurker on this board, but I look forward to taking a more active role and trying not to get burned too bad.

I hope this is not treated as just another needle-dick "How do I get started in porn" post.....

I am interested in getting started with small scale production. I have the some relatively high end A/V equipment and editing software I do some semi-pro work on the side, mostly wedding videography. (I know, I know) I look at most internet content and many of wall to wall DVDs and think to my self that I could do work on par with that.

The question is how to get started in terms of finding talent and finding a distributor and working a deal. Living in North Florida makes that difficult. My ideal situation would be to find a distributor that pays me a flat fee for a ready to burn title.

I have realistic aspirations. I am looking to make a little bit of money as a side job to pay for school.

I would appreciate any tips or contacts that anyone could provide.
