i think you guys are talking about Camel MPEG joiner. It doesn't work on my computer right now, but in the past I have had much luck with it. Also, use "peck's power joiner" for AVIs. Heres a link:

Zen, I have been useing Windows Movie maker. It will join and edit mpegs and you can make jpeg/gif slide shows. Just a thought.
