I'm a member of Max's site and I think, in the circumstances, it's very well done. I appreciate the way that Max and/or his demonic minions post on the message board every day and carefully respond to all enquiries and requests from members (although the requests are sometimes answered "no").
I have tried Meatmembers too, but I let Max's site renew, in part because his films are not readily available in my area (even the non-euro ones), and also because I believe in supporting the artistic vision of a man who could make Hieronymous Bosch blow chow.
Be forewarned, there is an excellent section of videos for download, but they are also split up, I believe for the benefit of slow connections.

I was watching an old episode of Cherry Poppers the other day and it had that slut Stephanie Swift in it. Seems like Max brings in all of the good sluts in the business.. we should all give him our respect for that. there's a tiny little freeware program called mpgjoin.exe that will guess what, join mpgs. It's freeware, and doesn't even have an "about" option. So you will have to google it to find it or pm me an email address and I'll send it to you.
It works great.
