How can he sexually abuse anyone he can't be more then 3 feet tall, and it appears that he has had quite a few shots to the front of the head with a baseball bat most probably from a horribly upset parent looking to put them both out of a life of misery, just apply pressure to the front of his face and im sure some part of his skull would touch his brain and he would be out cold for a good 10 seconds or at the very least dazed by it giving you enough time to escape.
