IMO, ADT has many merits. It is very different from this board, and I like them both for what they offer.

I tend to actually have serious discussions over there, and often get angry at pretentious fools who disagree with me .

I have also noticed a softening of the somewhat adversarial relationship between the two boards. Not so much at the management level, but at the poster level. I give for example skronker and cobalt as two posters who came here, were welcomed, and entertained us for however short their stay was.

Sometimes things are just a bit too serious for my taste, in life in general. I, as I said to another person just this morning, am guilty of letting my opinions prevail over my common sense. It's a battle I'm constantly waging.
