cruelty to people is a lot more sporting than shooting a cow. if you had a bad childhood, shitty parents, your skin is the wrong color or someone touched you when they shouldn't have you should be entitled to a mulligan or two but where does it stop? there are too many examples of talent and will succeeding in spite of disadvantage to warrant protecting everyone who's life isn't perfect. it's not like oppurtunity never presents itself-people find scholarships and ways to scrape by for a few years and end up more impressive than their classmates. you can do time and become the owner of redlight district and prey on the same disadvantaged group you came from. there are too many people, period. it's absolutely worth the time to make sure kids in africa survive to their third birthday and have a shot at living a good or bad life, but if you're 24 fucking embrace the fact you've lived to adulthood, and decide whether you like the idea that you've got a free will and power to change your wretched condition---or you can just be a career-victim. i'm not sure i want to hand you a life-preserver if you choose the latter when it's time to sink/swim.

they've got opposable-thumbs. even if they're mentally-handicapped, i'd still put them right behind lions as fair game, but well ahead of the asian water buffalo, which is in essence a jersey cow. but much more asian.

it comes down to paying someone close to $1000 for a few hours work despite the fact they are totally unqualified to do anything other than migrant labor versus shooting a defenseless animal several times before killing it, then pissing and fucking on its carcass.

when platinum x puts out a video where they do that to chicks, i'll rethink the situation.
