I'm mystified why people seem to be assuming this is the real Melissa Ashley. We know that this account belongs to the same person as "Buttmaster", but as far as I can see there's never been any positive confirmation to connect it to the porn chick herself. Also note that there was a "Melissa-Ashley" account that registered and made a post a couple of months before this one appeared.

I think it could be the same person who was behind the fake Ron Jeremy.
