The calendar seems to show August, with the 1st falling on a Wednesday? The most recent August 1 on a Wednesday was in 2001.

I can't recognize any other background objects - girl or car on the posters, the strange logo on the shirt, etc - to date them. But it all feels more recent than 1985.
