I was speaking in general terms Jrv, up here in NY we have the same problem so I think it is universal. Every year there are a couple of these shootings in the tri state area and of course people complain about the number of shots fired at the guy but what always gets me was the number of missed shots. Usually the person they are chasing has done something criminal or is resisting or potentially a danger to the police so the shootings don't ruffle my feathers but most of these guys must need some combat range shooting practice under pressure or something.
