Hailey has a habit of stealing them from you and doing the agent thing herself. I will have give her credit as a businesswoman (If you cant and/or are over booked yourself try booking someone else and getting a cut.) but TRY to be bit more professional in your methods or at least ask before going behind someone’s back. Its really not good business Hailey and as you know what goes around comes around………….

Dude what you say would have more value if you didn't create this identity just to say it. If you have been a lurker say so and be specific, this board is nothing if not fair and they do their detective work.
I would like to point out though when I was well represented it didn't matter what *anyone* said to me I was loyal to my agent I never (ok one time) direct booked and I never listened to the thousands of other agents because even though my agent was making average $600 commission $400 agent fee and $200 rent (weekly)I knew they were taking care of getting me work, and they would follow up if some one didn't pay me. and at the end of the day no matter how much we love what we do we all need the money.

Maybe I got some folks confused. I was not her (hailey) agent/manager but she had been doing some sideline work with a company providing talent at last years internext in Florida. She had approached a woman that I handle and went behind my back to book her cutting me out of the picture. Now it’s actually the Principal of the matter not the petty amount of $$$ involved and the fact that after the fact she never apologized for her actions, she just avoided me like a coward for the duration of the event. All she would have had to do is to come to me and say I could get her some extra bookings for her or even a more smarter idea would have been to act in concert with me and have us both book each others talent to the companies who they had not work with yet....since even though the adult industry is small there are new people and opportunities arising everyday. Sorry I had to post as such but I really don’t either lurk or even post on the boards in general.

I have no clue who you are or what you are talking about but I would like to know. Seriously I would never do that, I was never an agent, just trying to help out girls out that I knew thats all and that was in the past, maybe you have me confused with a guy that I was friends with in the past that was trying to do that to agents but not me, so if you have a problem with me or whatever I would really like to discuss it one on one so I can see what the hell you are referring to. Just let me know, and if there is a problem as like I said I have no clue what you are talking about so therfore you should come to me instead of posting it on here as really this has nothing to do with this thread.
