It's the trial to annul the marriage, which would mean the marriage was a fraud, which would mean the green card was obtained fraudulently, which would mean he would instantly become an illegal alien, which would mean he'd never become a legal alien again because Homeland Security ain't too keen about fraudulent marriages in order to obtain permanent residency.

Dude, you don't have trials to annul marriages...annulment is an ecclesiastical procedure...it has nothing to do with the L.A. County Superior Court. Is this a divorce proceeding? C'mon, you've spilled shit on this guy for months now, you have to do better than that.

Marriages can be annuled in California if proven they were done for purposes of fraud.
