So my story is this, my wife and I have been in Porn in Vancouver for about a year now and we want to break into LA, the world porn capital. We're not exclusive, and are both well established as good performers back here. We can give many references of course as well. I'm also aware that regardless of my experience there'll be a proving period I'll need to go through, no biggie. What I'm asking is how should we go about getting work down there. We're both quite serious about it and are willing to do what's necessary. Any constructive advice will be much appreciated. Cheers and Beers! Personally I've done 73 scenes in the last 7 months or so with no failures, actually popped 3 times in a scene to see if I could. I know thats not big by LA standards but there's not the demand up here as much. But I know my shit works! You're in a fortunate position because you have a hot chick. My advise would be to e-mail agencies for representation and to use your wife as the selling point. If you want to get work quick, tell them she will only work with you, at least for starters. That way producers and directors will see what you're capable of. If you function well, then more work will come your way. She, on the other hand, will have no problem getting work. So this is a non-issue for her. You're the one who will have to prove himself.
