Anywhere except in California and it could be considered illegal. As the comment about Pensacola FL alludes to. If anything, dont advertise where ever you shoot.

Also check for the permit requirements. I have several clients here in LA that are looking at fines/jail time for a failure to secure the necessary commercial filming permits.
