Indiana- Fort Wayne police arrested a local man on an initial charge of voyeurism early Wednesday after he admitted videotaping a teenaged girl while she was taking a shower.
Sean T. Hayes, 39, of the 10000 block of U.S. 27 South, is charged with one count of felony voyeurism.
Hayes told police that he set up a video camera in a bathroom and hid the camera with clothing. Hayes told investigators that he did this several times in hopes of filming the15-year-old girl as she took a shower.
The teen found the videotape of herself while she was looking for another tape on Tuesday evening, a city police report said.
The tape also showed Hayes setting up the camera in the bathroom. He then went over to the shower to see whether the camera was in the right position, the teen told police. A few minutes later the teen said she saw herself come into the room, take off her clothes and get into the shower, the report said.
She had no idea the camera was in the bathroom and confronted Hayes about the tape. Hayes apologized and told her “that was not what he had set the camera up for,†court documents said.
Hayes destroyed the tape by pulling it apart in front of the girl before police were called, the police report said.
The teen and her mother called police at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday from a Fort Wayne residence. The girl cried as she recounted the story, the police report said.
Hayes’ agreed to an interview at police headquarters on Creighton Avenue.
During the interview, he said he made the tapes as a “curiosity,†court records said.
Police went back to Hayes’ home but could not find the damaged tape. Officers took the camera, several other videotapes and CDs from his bedroom. They then arrested Hayes and took him to the Allen County Lockup early Wednesday, a police report said.
He was no longer in custody Thursday.

Gene Ross is a scumbag, make no mistake. At minimum, he should be horsewhipped.
As for my porn, I prefer Hailey Paige or Briana Banks. Both are most likely overage, but I buy large capacity harddrives, so I'm in no danger of filling them up. Sorry. Wrong on both counts.

Getting banned from ADT was definitely cool, but hardly the highlight of even the year. BTW, I do think Willie D has some mod status so baiting him is just dumb.
