Out of sheer boredom I stumbled onto the AVN rental sales charts & noticed the tops on the dvd sales are the following for this week...

3. Internal Cumbustion 4 Zero Tolerance
4. Bella Loves Jenna

Basically, the point being is, it looks like most porn fans have no taste despite the Jules flick. Unless these aren't peverts & are the average joe white guy looking for something to turn on the wife. I mean, Bella Loves Jenna & Where the Boys Aren't? Who buys that crap?

Well you also have to remember this. Like in sports and wrestling, the bigger companies and teams can generally advertise more, have more connections with buyers, and rely on name recognition. It sucks but its the way of the world.

The majority of porn fans are not perverts. I would venture that most of them don't really even look at or care who's in the movie, who directed it, what company produced it, etc. They go mostly by the box cover. Hey, about 15 years ago that was me.

I guess it's really a rhetorical question & my point is one can't expect the herd to have any taste.

I would think that a lot of women and couples rent or buy the softer stuff so as not to scare the chick off, I wish this were not the case but alas it is for most chicks.

I really think a lot of people buy really crap porn for some reason - like when you go to people's houses and see what porn they have its usually really boring with really fake girls and fake performances etc. I don't know why this is.
