CT chest images demonstrate no significant adenopathy nor pulmonary nodules to suggest metastases. Previous subtle nodules are unchanged interval. Coronary artery calcification in the left anterior descending distribution, no change.
2. CT of the abdomen pelvis demonstrate no significant evidence of metastases to the liver nor adenopathy in the retroperitoneum nor mesentery.
3. There is a suture line along the top of the anus that is unchanged from previous. Strandy changes are seen in the fat along the top of the anus that have improved in the interval. A stoma is seen in the left lower abdomen/pelvis.

If there is persistent clinical concern, appropriate additional investigations maybe performed.
