Thanks I appreciate the offer, but now that my curiosity has been piqued maybe I'll just order it with some Amazon gift card credit waiting to be used then write a review of it.
I hope you enjoy it. Aside from the fact that there are copies on Amazon for a single penny, you just pay for the shipping, there was enough balanced coverage of the industry to make it worthwhile.
