Possibly the most profound effect gagging pornography has on me is in those moments just after I have masturbated while watching it. A deep sadness and dismay grips me, and I find desperate questions bottlenecking in my brain. Such as: "Why is there so much of this stuff? Why do so many young women volunteer to be humiliated like this on camera with naked hatefulness and brutality? How did such grotesquery become normal? What in the hell is going on in the culture?..." Etc. I am deeply disturbed for stretches of approximately 15 minutes at a time.
