Never got why the rest of the left in the West is okay with that, plus the anti-gay stuff. I guess most are so anti-American they knee jerk align with anyone the CIA dislikes. That's why you'll find fans of Assad and Putin in the far left these days even though those regimes are as right wing as you can get. Once Castro's regime is gone and people in Cuba can speak freely a lot of the propaganda will be discredited and the stories of oppression too presemt to deny anymore but most of the left will act like they were never fans the way they do today about Stalin and Mao. And Soros compared to Mugabe? Give me a break.
