We have all been there. How do you find your favorite porn from 5 - 10 years ago that you lost, but cannot seem to find anymore? If we assume that "everything on the internet stays on the internet" is true, then it surely has to be somewhere.

I contacted the owner of the largest porn production company in the Czech Republic about many movies she made of a particular girl who retired in 2002 after six years in the business.

The owner told me that many of the videos she produced then were made on tape rather than digital video and she never converted them or distributed them outside of Europe. They rarely hit the internet and are gone forever. Such a shame.

Usually best way to find things is to use iafd, particularly their search function that lets you find scenes by matching the performers.

Amateurs perform under names. Of course you can't find it if you can't remember anything about it.

I don't think it is correct to take this fellow to task for not knowing performer names in this age of interweb and also because of the fact that pornography is increasingly an industry in which identities and ultimately lives are obliterated and destroyed. Presumably what you doremember about this pornography are the nature of the sex acts depicted, and therefor my advice would be to put specific search terms based on these acts into clipsite search engines and go through the results until eventually hopefully you find your lost love. I don't know, if I want to find something, I can usually find it. Sometimes it may take hours but eventually I usually get the information that I need. I do agree with what you said about trying different approaches.
