Chayse Evans was a Marine who completed boot camp and initial training for MOS 0231, Intelligence Analyst, but she flunked out of the follow-on training for Basic Arabic language at Defense Language Institute in Monterey and then separated for some ostensible "medical reason" (which could include pregnancy) — hence she only served two years and never made it to the fleet. (That two years probably included considerable time skulking about the Presidio in casual working parties.) Otherwise one would expect at least a four-year enlistment for that MOS, and possibly six years. The training pipeline is about two years long, the Top Secret/SCI clearance is expensive, and then they want to get some work out of you out in the fleet.
I only ever saw two WMs who looked as good as Chayse. One was a captain in some admin capacity who I saw in the lobby of the Dragon Hill Lodge in Seoul, and the other was an enlisted aircraft maintainer. Both were mesmerizing. The maintenance girl sucked my dick in Okinawa.
