I have too. The Shield split was a done deal and they even teased it for months. But I've noticed they've been subtly pushing Rollins for a little while. Still, I was shocked as fuck when he turned.
I'd love to see Bo Dallas get a couple of acolytes and run against the Wyatts. I could book that shit for a year. But I could book Wyatts- Cena for a year, too.

TMZ reports that Brodus Clay, who was released by WWE earlier today, has booked a trip to Japan for this summer and plans to protest dolphin hunting in that country.
Clay has been passionate about protecting dolphins from being captured and killed since seeing Oscar winning documentary The Cove.
Clay told TMZ he's bummed about losing his job with WWE but he's excited about doing other things like acting and writing a book. He's also interested in wrestling while he's over in Japan but said his main focus while he's there is "bringing awareness to the cause." I absolutely despise "awareness".
I don't see Bray as a World Title holder. More of a foil for the champ...like Zbysko was for Bruno. What I have in mind is a Kevin Sullivan vs. Dusty in Florida vibe. Brey and his people doing crazy shit to Cena to further an agenda that goes beyond the title. An agenda that only Bray really knows...him being insane and whatnot. Having him work at the title level, where Cena is, but not ever actually holding the title...because he doesn't care about the title. Unless Cena holds the title. Then he would try to take it because it's Cena's most prized possession. I'd have him send one of his guys after the title. And/ or steal the belt. Basically driving Cena crazy.
If you take the desire to win or lose out of Bray's mindset, you can do anything with him. Abdulla, the Original Sheik, Mark Lewin, Sullivan. No matter what he does, if he makes Cena nuts, he wins.

Didn't Patterson come years ago? When his long time SO died I thought the announce team on RAW passed along condolences from the company...or something like that.
As for Piper, I love Roddy. But he is always in character and he is always on. He is always selling. I'm not sure he knows where Hot Rod ends and Rod Toombs begins. Not saying it didn't happen, but I doubt it was enough to cause as much drama as his telling of it. Just sayin'.

At the one OG ECW show I went to in Trenton, the Hat Guy spent the entire time yelling at him, "You were the worst NWA Champ EVER! You Suck! Who the fuck thought you beating Harley Race was a good idea? WORST. NWA. CHAMP. EVER....." For like the entire 10min of the match.
Dude was so persistent that it was awkward. Like at the last Extreme Rising show I went to, when some dude was screaming at Matt Hardy and Reby Sky the entire time. I was right on the aisle, and Hardy was legit pissed and tried to get into the crowd.

I was mostly A WWE watcher for a long time. I was back in forth from N.Y. to Louisiana. I don't remember the U.W.F. (Shreveport) that much due to me going back in from from the East to the South. (Im originaly from Upstate N.Y.) Peeping also W.C.W.(World Class Wrestling that came on ESPN back in the 80's/ World Championship Wrestling) back in the 80's but mostly W.W.E. until the early 90's and the Rise Of the N.W.O. had me watching W.C.W. even more.

Watched last week's Impact for the first time since Viacom dumped our cable company. They change the faces and heels too often for my taste. I liked the product, tho. No problem with putting heels against heels and faces against faces. And having heels come out to save faces.
They just crowned Bobby Lasley champion over Eric Young. If past behavior means anything, I give him 3 weeks with the strap before he flakes and bails to go do something else.

Yes, he started House Of Hardcore just after Shane started the Extreme Reunion. Big difference is Dreamer is slowly building, just trying to do fun shows. ER had one packed show, dicked over fans (no refund when Sabu OD'd, no souvenir chairs for front row) , and felt the need to expand right away.
I think first year, Dreamer did one show. Then the did 2-3 last year, and couple weeks ago they did 3 in a weekend. I didn't have the money to go to the Philly show.

The angle on Impact was that Dixie let a bunch of TNA guys work the HOH show the previous weekend, but pulled permission at the last second. Dreamer called her out, gave an impassioned Tommy Dreamer speech. He and Dix hugged it out like adults. Then she kneed him in the yambag and EC III came out and punked him.

They pulled Bubba Dudley last minute, at the Philly show. They did 2 matches, then Dreamer came out and announced that Bubba was gonna no show. He said anyone that wants a refund can get one, so they saw 2 matches for free. Reports were that there were very few people leave.
He then said that anyone with a ticket from that show could get a meet and greet with Bubba if they went to one of the TNA tv tapings in the area (Bethlehem, PA; NYC; etc). No clue what they switched the Main Event to though.

They wanted Bubba for an appearance in California. Bubba said he would do the meet and greet for the fans. I think TNA is such a cluster fuck that they screwed up and decided to work an angle out of it. Unless something happens soon, I think they don't even have a TV deal come October.

Tatsu kept asking for it back and finally confronted Sheamus. Sheamus kept giving Tatsu the run-around so Tatsu slapped him. It's said that Tatsu is very laid back and when he was re-telling the story in the locker room, he said he felt bad that he hit Sheamus but at least he got his money back.
