I clicked on the links and read some of the other Fun Nigger Facts posts on there for giggles. I had a funny reaction to some of them. The black on white violence thing and crime stuff are easy to dismiss as "socioeconomic" rather than race. The responses to those charges are as easy to make as they are reflexive.

The ones about 6,000 years of no meaningful cultural or scientific development in sub-saharan Africa actually gave me pause and seem to be much more powerful indictments.

Everybody knows the excuses reasons used to explain the disproportionate crime rates between blacks and whites in the USA, but what is the explanation for the lack of societal advancement in Africa? I mean, even if you don't personally believe it, is anybody aware of what the party line is for people that have a rebuttal for these charges?

I mean, it's not like I'm even asking for comparisons to the ancient Greeks or Japanese. What about comparisons to the ancient Aztecs or Incas or the various cultures from India?

I would assume the excuse, reason, whatever to call it, is European Imperialism. To deeper further your question, observation, is why the continent with the richest natural resources is such a basket case. Why, after the routing of European Imperialism and "native" rule, is the continent still a basket case? Why the people who remained in what we can all acknowledge is the birthplace of civilization, still have the mentality of children. And why don't the prodigal children of the Continent, who seem to hate where they are, don't go back to said continent? Not only to "go home", but to take what they've learned here and try to better the lives of those left behind.
