The XBIZ Awards Blog - February 11, 2010
........It was way more fun than I thought it would be. But how can you not have fun when you're hanging with 3 gregarious trannys. Lots of business and stuff in the works for my clients that happened tonight. Here are some of the highlights:
-Mia Isabella shone on the red carpet and as a presenter. I was so proud of her. And she worked the press room like a champ. Funny thing was how she told everyone I was her publicist (including other publicists) and pretty much the whole world. I definitely felt the love and trust there.
-We made our way all the way to the front by some miracle and me knowing the right people. Truly amazing stuff there.
-The awards were predictable (same winners as AVN) and really boring--no one paid attention and just yapped. A lot like the XRCOs.
-My newest client, Kelly Divine, looked Divine and I wish she would have made the red carpet.
-I saw and chatted with Hillary Hooterz, Jeff Mullen, Dave Navarro, Roy Karch, Jules Jordan, Robert Rodriguez, Jenna Haze, Joanna Angel, Herschel Savage, Valentino, Virtu Mike, Vanessa Blake and lots more people I knew, but can't remember right now off the top of my head at 3:30am.
-Most of the evening was spent with Mia, Foxxy, Danielle Foxxx (who kept showing us her surgical snatch all night long), Yurizan Beltran, bodyguard Johnnie and Sergio (lube boy). And apparently Foxxy sucked a major male performer's dick in plain site/view at the bar, before he realized she was a tranny--I won't mention his name. But you know who you are Domenic Kane and there are photos (not on my camera) and talk of TMZ.
-Danielle Foxx tried to take Yurizan out and there was some wrestling on the floor of the upstairs bar. Well, in between DF trying to pick up on the young, Latin busboy. Not sure if she flashed him her surgical vagina. Yes I said surgical vagina--you didn't read wrong.
- I wore a pretty racey outfit and actually had to fend off some men who wanted to more than just look. Where was bodyguard Johnnie when you need him? One guy actually asked twice if he could touch my tits and told me I should be in porn--like I've never heard that one.
-We ended the night with breakfast at Ihop, all 6 of us.

Hey Guys, Want to Get into Porn? - February 10, 2010
.. GUYS EMAIL ME ALL THE TIME ABOUT THIS. And even though I tell them to look at this blog, they still ask. Here's a repost for you and you know who you are:
I am constantly still be asked if I can help guys get into porn. I tell people to read my blog, but it's a bit buried. So, here it is again with a few revisions:
First off, I'm a publicist, NOT an agent, modeling agency or studio. These are the people that you need to contact. The fact that I know porn stars and directors will not get you in the business. I can help you once you actually are in the business--publicists get you press, events, etc.
However...I did write about this in my sex advice column--here's a revised reprint below. And just to let you know, you don't have to look like Erik Everhard or Jean Val Jean to get into porn--there are quite a few regular looking guys. You don't have to be a male super model to be in porn--that's the just the majority. You can be a regular guy like Ron Jeremy and the like. This is just a general overview and not the case 100% of the time.
If everybody could be a pornstar, then everybody would. You know what I mean? Before you delve into the exciting (and sometimes seedy) world of making porn, you should consider a few things:
Once you make 1 or 100 movies, they are out there for the world to see. There’s no hiding you did it. So, consider the consequences.
Are you a good-looking guy? Yes, looks do count.
Are you willing to work hard on your body? You will have to workout. Erik Everhard and his buddies probably spend hours in the gym (to get those biceps) and watch what you eat, along with upkeep like haircuts and potentially waxing (yes of those parts).
What sets you apart from the crowd? Most male stars have some distinctive quality about them such as dick size and/or girth or special performance skills. You’ll also need a name that stands out like Lexington Steele (AKA Lex the Impaler), Will Powers, Tim Von Swine, Nacho Vidal or James Deen. And yes, these names are already taken.
You have to have sex with whatever chick(s) they pair you with, whether you think they’re hot or not. And, you have to appear on camera as though you and that starlette have some intense chemistry.
Have you ever had sex with 20+ people watching you? All eyes of everyone on the set will be on you.
Can you take the pressure?
Can you keep it up for 1 to 4 hours? These guys and their members work long hours.
Are you prepared to do sex acts you might not like including anal and double-teaming a girl with another guy?
Can you cum on command? That’s right—it’s all about when and where the money shot happens. And can you keep yourself from coming until it's time for the money shot?
And lastly, men generally get paid less than women do (usually they make about half what women make). There’s a greater demand for women in the business. The upside is that if you’re good, you’ll work a lot.
After you you’ve considered all of the above, you might be ready to step in front of the camera. There are agencies you can sign on with. But, I would suggest contacting a studio or your favorite director and see if you can get a bit part in a movie. If you do a good job, other roles might come your way. And after you make 100 movies or so, you might be a star, director and have your own line of sex toys. In the world of porn, anything is possible.

Dinner @ Magnolia with Mia Isabella - February 9, 2010
......I had dinner at Magnolia on Sunset with one of my newer clients, Mia Isabella, and her hunky bodyguard, Johnnie (someone should be guarding his body--insert sexy growl here). Finally, I got to meet her in real life. She's in town for the XBIZ Awards and will be presenting the award for Best Tranny, along with Kimber James. The evening was amazing--awesome food and conversation and tons of laughing. Oh and the pomegranite mohitos and dessert (brownie with salty caramel ice cream and extra caramel on the side) were to die for. I (actually we) liked it when Mia ordered a very dirty martini and the waiter, Greg, would shake it at the table for us--it's a good thing she ordered like 3 or 4, otherwise I would have to order some for entertainment purposes.
I can't wait to see Mia walk the red carpet at the XBIZ Awards and present on stage. She will also be attending the pre-XBIZ Awards/King Ryan party at Aqua Lounge tomorrow night in Beverly Hills, if you can't wait to see her on Wednesday. This is going to be a banner year for her. I've also decided to carry around a notebook and take notes for her bio--she says some crazy, yet amazing, shit.

People's So-Called "Perceptions" of the Adult Industry - February 28, 2010
..This week, I had someone I considered a friend judge me on my life and profession. Like a lot of people, she obviously thinks the industry is sleazy and beneath her. This is not the first time this has happened, so I'd like to address some myths about the Adult industry. Yes, there are exceptions to the rule, but here we go:
-Most people in the industry are decent people, not sleazy or any other shitty adjective you can think of. Some of the nicest, loyal and all around best people I have met in my life has some kind of job in Adult. I have done a lot in the industry and made friends with writers, studio owners, sales people, etc. And some of these people, I could be friends with for my lifetime.
-Porn is a way better industry than the Hollywood one (insert any Hollywood cliche here). People don't step on you to get ahead and they pay you money when they owe you (generally). Adult is a smaller industry and people tend to act right (and I'm not talking about Donny Long) because they know they will more than likely deal with that person in another capacity. And, I'm sure a lot of it has to do with decency.
-Porn chicks and others who work in the industry are not all alcoholics, drug addicts or completely loco. Yes, there are some of both, as there are in any group of people. But, most people are in check.
-People in porn do date each other a lot of the time. Know why? Because they get each other. There's no weirdness about what you do during the day or judgments about how much porn you own. You're not a weird or a freak, you just are. "Civilians" find this hard to understand.
-And while we're on the subject, everyone is porn is not a whore--some of us are sluts (sluts don't get paid, whores do). Yes, we like sex and we're probably just a little more honest about our sexuality and how much we really like sex, rather than being cold, frigid and unhappy, like 80-90% of society.
-Porn parties and industry events are a lot of fun. Yes, some freakiness and sex go on at them, but that's like a few people in a crowd of a thousand plus.
-The porn industry is suffering, like any other industry. I used to think Napster was A-OK. It's not and neither are free tube sites. DVD and VOD sales have dropped, but we're going to rebound in 2010. When the economy gets a boost, that will help, too.
I think if someone is a close friend or family member, they shouldn't judge you on your profession or industry. My dad suggested I don't tell people what I do for a living, like my friends or the people I date. I believe people should love you for who you are and how you conduct yourself in this short time on earth. I love what I do and my clients and I'm fortunate to be able to earn a living doing what I really enjoy. How many people can say that? I'm going to get off my soapbox now. Please feel free to comment.

Please let someone that you will never consider a friend judge you. Your life should have ended when you hit 200 pounds. The fact that I assigned death based on your weight is a self serving matter. Bon Voyage Mae Victoria & Champagne Enemas - 08/01/2009

Mae West is heading out to the Bunny Ranch, so I went to her Bon Voyage party to send her off in style along with an eclectic bunch of her close personal friends. I headed to Jeff Coldwater's house in Northridge for the festivities. Last Sunday at the Urban X Awards, she invited me and begged me to do champagne enemas with her--I had 5 days to decide if I wanted to do it. And when I asked her what I could bring, she said. "Your titties on a platter." I don't think they make a platter that big. LOL
The evening started off with getting the stage ready for Mae to bellydance, which she was incredible at--two guys videoed it and I snapped photos. Then, Mae was the first to get 2 enemas. Next, it was my turn. I decided to go into a private room where Jeff shoots porn and let Mae go for it. I didn't want to do it in front of everyone, especially one totally perverted director whose name begins with a "D", who stalked me all night long. The first enema was weird--bubbly, a bit of a sting and a weird feeling in the tummy. By the 2nd one, I was totally relaxed and was amazed at the feeling. And, it only took me 2 hours to get sober. Up your ass is the only way to drink. Really. And there were no calories involved.

Coming Up on 1 Year of Being a Nichiren Buddhist 02/03/2009
Last March, I made the big jump from Tibetan Buddhism (which wasn't working for me) to Nichiren Buddhism. I can definitely say that it changed my life. Here's a little humorous overview of what I learned:
-It doesn't matter how you practice/chant--it's the intent. A few examples of this would be the people who have given me grief for having my altar in my bedroom, swaying and/or crossing my legs when I chant (more on them later), and needing a chair to sit in (versus sitting on my bed). Some people in the organization have some control issues and forget that Preesident Ikeda (our fearless leader/mentor) tells us it is what is in the heart.
-I became more than a little obsessed with my chanting beads. I started out with fancy pink pearls and then got some plastic black ones for my purse (they tend to travel better). Then, I got some Milk Beads from Japan. Super fancy, but they were so tight and never would give (kind of like a lot of people we meet in the world). Then, I got plastic jade beads to usher in the new year. Then, I saw real jade beads for over $100. Yep, this was getting out of hand. I almost asked a girl during a toso (a group chanting session) where she got her super cool fuschia pink beads. And after at least 5 people came up to me during toso to bitch me out about how I chant, I was thinking of rubbing the the white parts of my beads in the dirt so it would look like I had been chanting forever and they would leave me alone.
-Weekend toso is not always a peaceful place. As mentioned before, I was accosted by at least 5 people about crossing my legs and swaying. It is NOT written anywhere that these things are unacceptable. From talking to others, it is Japanese tradition. Although many of the older Japanese old school ladies do both of these things. So, I used to think it was a control issue, too. But then I realized, it was really two other things. Most of these people think I am in my 20s and in the Young Women's Division, so they feel it's their duty to correct me. Also, I know it happened so I could deal with my fear or confrontation and speaking up for myself. Despite the fact that I'm a Leo, my roar can leave my body. Really.
-You don't have to like everyone in your group. You just need to respect them. There are 1 or 2 people in my chapter/district that I'm not fond of, at all. I felt as a Buddhist, I should like everyone. Sure, I made the effort, but couldn't deliver. I can just communicate with them via email and be nice when I see them. For now, that's all the effort I can make.
-You have to get rid of your bad karma before good things can come. I had some bad shit happen to me (I didn't get arrested or hit by a bus, like some of my friends) and 2008 was a really rough year. It made me want to quit chanting, but I kept on going and things have drastically improved. One day my happiness will be unshakable.
-Don't let the turkeys get you down. No matter how much people screw with you and the shit goes down. Keep practicing. You might not get everything you chant (or pray) for, but you will see inconspicuous benefits and feel much better inside.
-It is hard to get up and chant a half hour every morning. And sometimes, I just want to go to sleep and skip chanting. I feel guilty, but then I think of the 150+ hours I chanted in the last 6 months of last year. That's 500,000 diamokus (nam myoho renge kyo). -I also went through this thing of learning how to ask for things correctly. Or so I thought. Apparently, you should just chant for it, like you're going to get it. You don't ask the gohozen. One night, I was drunk and yelled it. People have advised me a specific way to ask and it was only a strategy. I'm going to chant for what I want and go for it.
-And lastly, it is still hard to be patient driving and with people who annoy the f*ck out o me. But, I am getting better. And I know if I keep chanting, I will get there. I know these type of people and/or incidents appear in my life for a reason. Whether I like it or not. Like the new girl who started the other week at my contract job. The screaming child at Target. You get the idea. I got the chant, nam myoho renge kyo, tattooed on my arm to remind me of my mission and get people interested in Buddhism, so they can be happy, too.

2010 Tranny Awards - 03/07/2010
....On Thursday night, I headed out towards Burbank to meet my client, Mia Isabella, along with Carmen Moore, her sister Sam and bodyguard Johnnie at the Smoke House for dinner and drinks--I'm sure they've never quite seen the likes of anybody like us. All three of the trannys really looked like girls and no one would have been the wiser, but we were brash, loud and wild--like usual. The food, drinks and company were amazing. And if you've never seen Carmen and her sister Sam, you're missing--I thought these lovely ladies were Asian but they're actually Native American and billed as twins usually. Mia looked amazing in with her waved hair, gold necklace and strapless aqua dress and heels--she looks different every time you see her, so it's hard to recognize her sometimes. Bodyguard Johnnie was looking hot, as usual, but was 10 sheets to the wind. He's also looking for male performer roles in anyone would like to hire this strapping young man--word on the street is that he's about 10 inches and has an internal piercing down there.
At dinner, we talked about a lot of preconceived notions people have about trannys. Apparently, a lot of married and taken men like a little tranny on the side, which is consider more of a fetish than gay. And despite trannys doing real chicks in movies (like The Tranny Banged by Wife), that is more of a rarity in real life. And as escorts, trannys mop up more than regular girls--it's astounding how much money they can make even in one night.
When then headed off to the Tranny Awards at Club Cobra in Noho--it was billed as the best gay Latin club and all. In reality, it was a hole in the wall. We got there at 10:30 after Carmen and Mia walked the red carpet and were interviewed by Danielle Foxx. Then, we went in and mingled.
I will say this was an educational night and I learned quite a few things. A lot of these trannys are more beautiful than most women--they really work hard. too. Some were very obviously women and really could have done better. I won't mention any names. And you should see the asses on some of these girls--the go go dancers baring it all and the attendees--apparently, they get silicone shots to get this way. I think some of it is natural and they were born with it. All I know is even if I went to yoga every day and did weights and kickboxing religiously, I wouldn't have an ass like this.
A lot of their male fans showed up to meet them and try to arrange dates with them. Many of these men (and of course all the trannys) recognized Mia. She's really a mover and a shaker. She introduced me to Steven of Grooby and all was OK between us after our little showdown. I also saw/meet Jesse, TS Blogger Bob, photographers Scott and Ben, Scott's girlfriend Anushka (who was go go dancing), Yasmin Lee, Mandy Mitchell, Foxxy, Danielle Foxx, Morgan Bailey, Sexxxy Jade (who looks like a young Natalie Cole) and a whole bunch of other lovely ladies whose names aren't coming to me. I think everyone should have to wear name tags--it would make life a lot easier for everyone.
My new black goth girl dress was a hit-- many girls told me how much they liked it. I was one of the very few natural girls there. I kept smiling at this one guy--he was rockabilly cute, but I figured I wasn't his type of girl. He came over and started talking to me, because I was smiling at him. I told him I was a real girl and probably not his cup of tea. And he said he liked lots of different teas--we talked, but it didn't go anywhere. I would think it's hard to compete against a tranny, since they are the best of both worlds. And then I had this tranny dressed in Chanel grab my ass-the last thing you think would happen to a girl like me at an event like that. I laughed and jumped (it scared me).
It was truly an amazing night--it was way more fun than I ever could have imagined. And Danielle Foxx retracted her claws and was actually on good behavior, despite our little tiff over my XBIZ blog. Foxxy scored on that one--she got more than 15 minutes and lots of calls from male porn stars--you go, girl.

FreeOnes Party--The Blog 04/06/2010
Headed out to Beverly Hills along with my record exec date to the FreeOnes Party at Aqua Lounge. It was an interesting night to say the least. We got there and had to walk down a huge flight of stairs to get to the tiny red carpet that was hosted by Sunny Lane. Saw Chuy of the Chorizo Brothers who is always happy to see me (maybe a little too happy, LOL). The place was so tiny and even at 10pm we felt wedged in--by 12:30, it was just insane with the amount of people in the joint. And apparently, the Spyders played at 9pm to an empty room. Also for a place that's so upscale, they had crappy beer. Yes, no Stella.
Here are a few highlights of the evening:
-Met Sophie Dee and her husband, Lee Bang--Sophie should have taken the award for #1 place for Miss FreeOnes. But, she knew she wasn't going to win. She is so cute and nice and a really amazing girl. Bree Olse ended up taking 1st place, BTW.
-Joanna Angel flagged me down to say hi. Another super cool chick who makes an effort to remember people, even though I'm not her publicist.
-My client, Kelly Divine, showed up with her manager, Andre, and looked amazing and of course, everyone wanted to talk to her. Got to meet this photographer who shot some amazing pics of her.
-Megan Stokes was there with her new husband--haven't seen her in forever. What was cool was that I finally got to catch up with her, give her the gossip and thank her--without her I would not be a publicist because she pushed me to do it and work for Shane's World, my first PR gig.
-I won an XPEEPS I WOULD FUCK ME tee. I'm so going to cut it up and sport that shit on the streets. Can't wait to see the looks on people's faces.
- Gia Jordan was there and giving me tips on how to take photos. And this guy, Scott, who is stalking her and always asking if I know where she is was there and hella happy to see her. I told him that I think she only likes girls. Somehow, that further motivated him to keep his eye on the prize. Gia might be shooting one of my clients for a major magazine--we shall see.
- Virtu Mike outted me for no longer being one of his people (AKA a Jew)--it's not like being Black, you can give it up.
-I ran into this guy who took an amazing photo of me like 3 years ago that I use all the time--got to thank him too.
-Arnold Schwartzenpecker started talking to us and he was tanked very early in the night. I kept remembering all the stories one director told me about how he's a 2-minute man in blowbang and gangbang scenes. Then, my date insisted I give him my card. I hope he loses it.
- I think I actually saw Monstar smile, but don't tell anyone.
- Roy Karch, the Director, was telling me that I took the best pic of him and Kasey Grant at the XBIZ Awards on his iPhone and how much he loves it.
-Other people there were Dana DeArmond, Craven Moorehead, Tom Bryon, Evan Seinfeld, Bree Olsen, Porno Dan, Ron Jeremy, Kagney Linn Carter, Eva Angelina, Kasey Grant and Lupe Fuentes.
We left early, around 12:30, and Ben English/Derek Hay/Mr. LA Direct was leaving with one of his girls. I'm sure it was an early night for a lot of people. Before we headed home, we hit the 101 for a late night dinner that was more like breakfast--awesome way to end the night out.

Adultcon--The Blog & Photos
For the first time ever, I went to Adultcon. I can't believe that I paid $40 to get in and another $12 for parking, but I can write it off my taxes. The whole thing would have been a waste of time if I hadn't had my camera and gone with Vanessa Blake and her friend, Talisa--two of the coolest and wildest chicks I could have hung out with.
Here are a few highlights:
-I got to meet Anastasia Pierce--Pulse is client, so I write her press releases. She is the nicest and thanked me for writing her PR and gave me a free signed posted that said I was the best publicist. She rocked. I also met Jewel Marceau who I work for the in the same type of situation and she was cool, too.
-Jack Lawrence recognized me and made me laugh--he was dressed as Dangle and we did a Charlie's Angels pose for our photo together--it was an amazing moment and photo.
-Saw Alexis Golden again (she was at my office earlier this week).
-Sophie Dee was cool as always and showed me her cool-ass Iron Fist shoes she just purchased.
-The Real Tommy Gunn was there (the blonde long-haired one, so there's no confusion). He actually recognized me and we have a coherent conversation, which has never happened. I also met his girl, Elizabeth Starr, who has boobs bigger than mine--kind of scary!
- Visited Angel Vain at the Porn Star Tweet booth and talked to them about my clients doing some feature dancing for the Velvet Lion in LV. They had a trailer and tiki light for their booth--it was kitsch and white trash!
- Got to catch up with Yuri Beltran--she's very hot and super sweet!
- Many people didn't show and had booths like the skateboard company and Monstar--can't say that I blame them.
-People we saw and/or had booths included Lupe Fuentes, Evan Seinfeld, Zoe Briton, Tanya Tate. Julie Simone, Emily Addison, Sea J Raw, Blackula (the photographer) and bunch of other porn chicks I've never heard of.
-There were lots of vendors and most of it was ghetto, except Porn Wear and Handsome Devil--wish they had tees that would fit across my chest, but alas they didn't.
- Tons of guys were checking Vanessa's ass and her out--I had to be her bodyguard because some guys can't take no for an answer.
-Only one person asked me to be in a porn--Ray Ray. He was dazzled by the cleavage.
I left with over 100 pictures and a smile on my face, since I had awesome company to make the day fun. The pics are going to be up tonight and you can see them here:

Nick E Luv's Pool Party--Blog & Photos!
Headed out to Nick E Luv's pool party on Saturday with TS Mia Isabella and Carmen Moore. It was a mix of business and pleasure. Here's a quick recap of the day:
- My client, Kelly Divine, was there looking like a hootie-boom-a-lotti in her orange string bikini and gold embossed platform heels.

-Vanessa Blake and Hillary Hooterz got crazy once nightfall came.

-Mia Isabella and I had a brief business meeting and will potentially have an announcement this week.
- We got to meet Kevin and his boyfriend Kevin--yeah, you read right. Kevin 1 and Kevin 2. LOL
-I saw the biggest bottle of Patron on earth--3 to 4x the size of a normal bottle. Hootz had many shots from that--I think I got a pic of almost all her shots.
-Tee Reel whipped his dick out--not a party if he doesn't. Tucker Slain did the same thing and couldn't figure out what it was NOT ok when he did it. Enough said about that.
-Newbie Liz Tayler was there--I thought she said her name was Little Sailor. All night she kept saying it. Watch her change her name to that--I want the credit and royalties.
-Urbano asked me to be in porn--AGAIN. I think he's starting to wear me down. Porn could use some more cute big chested hotties like me. Well, it sounds good to say.
-Devil's/Good Fellas will be shooting Mia Isabella again.
-Tucker Slain tried to get on my good side--not sure if it worked. I'll get back to you. Apparently his friend, Alex, likes me.
