Spaying or neutering your dog or cat is a crucial step toward saving lives. The only way to become a "no-kill nation" is to become a "no-birth nation." Unless PETA also supports killing homeless people or even just people who can't find "good" homes--whatever that means (I guess we should kill everybody in low income housing projects)? Sort of undermines their arguments that lab rats and farm animals have the same rights as human children, huh? I wonder why they seem so accepting of killing homeless pets. Hmmmmm. PETA couldn't be involved in killing animals who don't have a "good" home could they? Forget killing, owning an animal should also be verboten for someone who believes that they are like people. Also, all predators should be in jail for being serial killers. Oh and I like how they promote "responsibility" in a sense that everyone pet owner needs to get their pet sprayed or neutered because not doing so makes them somehow responsible for the suffering of many unwanted animals who end up in shelters and even killed. Breeders and people who buy pets from them instead of adopting them are also evil. This fits nicely this postmodern "new left" paradigm that frowns upon such traditional Western concepts as individual responsibility for ones action (so it's not the people who abandon their pets on the street who are evil and responsible for their cruel fate) and blames everything on of social conditions (pets suffer because pets are being born - the only way to become a "no-kill nation" is to become a "no-birth nation"). It's exactly the kind of thinking that appeals to likes of this anal warts ridden cunt. They get a lot of money from people. They would rather spend it on an advertising campaign and hiring porn stars to help them raise more money, than they would on taking care of animals or finding them homes.
