I save gizzards and livers in separate freezer-proof containers. Once you accumulate amounts of same, you make Paul Prudhomme's "Dirty Rice" recipe. Given the natural accumulation of gizzards/livers, usually have to buy additional gizzards. The resulting recipe is spicy, crunchy, and funky..

I eat it straight from the can. I once tried heating up the stuff but it tastes the same as from the can. Key Food brand is the best store brand of canned dinners. I tried Path Mark, C-Town, Associated foods but Key Food branded cans are the best. The Chef Boyardee pretty much uses the same sauce in all of their products, so it can get boring.
