hello, this is my first post and i need your help. I am a porn star and a struggling one.I recently was busted as a escort and i went to court and it happens that [orn star escorts seem to be the lowest of the low in the courts eyes. I do not think of myself as a criminal..anyway i am flat broke so i tried a court appointed attorney...big mistake he hated me and well it was an awful experience. I need an attorney bad and i also need 5000 to pay the one that will do the best job at keeping me from the slammer. Now...What is your opinion of asking my fans to donate to my legal defense? I am a person who has no family or close friends and i cannot work to make the money as i am being watch and tricked by the vice.And in the xxx movies there is no work for me at this time...though i am trying to find some. I only have 3 weeks to get the money ...Please let me know if it is something i should not do ! I do not want to beg...

I don't look down on either, you stupid twat. I said it's illegal, and subject to lawful consequences. You knew this & you took the chance. So far, you're losing.
Dealing drugs is illegal, too. Does that mean if I sell pot, because it's what I do best, I should be equally stressed & surprised when I get cuffed for possession with intent to sell? Case in point, I wouldn't do it knowing the risks alone - both legal & financial.
Me thinks you need to reevaluate your career choice, or at least find some new skills to make money on. You always have a choice, unless you have a pimp who has threatened to beat you like he owns you (in which case, he does). You chose to do something illegal, now take your medicine.

speaking for myself ...the truth is the us taxman made a big mistake with my traxes a long time ago ..said i owed 100,000.00 of dollars ...it changed all the time. I barely was making enough to survive .It took me 8 years to get them to admit there mistake. In thartt time i was fired from 5 jobs all in a row. I thought it was me...it broke me and mt self worth. I found out i was being fired because the irs were contacting my employers and they just did notthe trouble or the heat from irs. So finally after they admit thier mistake they say they will not release me until i give them some paper..It has been many years and i do not even know what the paper is thgey want to release me,..So i was broke and it ruined my life..So the only job i could think of where thery could not trace me so quickly was porn ...and then escorting. Before they ruined me i was a teacher,It has been along rough road but they will not budge and i never had themoney to fight them.I never cheated on my taxes ..did not know enough to do that. They owed me on the three years hat are in question..But i have never ebven dreamed about making enough to owe them $100,00.00 So what do you do? I tried so hard for years to prove trhem wrong ..it was heart breaking. And i was so sick of being poor.But the moral of the story is ...life can hit anybody with a shot that thney do not desreve and if you do not have family or friends to help you ...thento survive youy do what you have to. I never made much money at it as i started at a late age but i do have alot of fans and i enjoyed it ..with the excepotion of only a couple of male actors ..Do not call all porn stars or sex workers trash ...life can be trash and the police are the lowest people i have ever encountered ever.. What a bunch of holliter than thou asses...lowlifes for sure . They should have a fight out with the gangs and let them kill each other..the world would be better off with more sex than the law enforcers of this world !

What you're saying about the IRS making a mistake and/or admitting to making a mistake (!) sounds like total bullshit. As a sex industry type, you're probably used to working with cash and unaccustomed to bothering with taxes (hence your problem).
You should be able to come to settlement with the IRS and arrange a payment plan. You should do so as soon as possible to stop the IRS' mafia-like penalties and interest from compounding. Don't think they're out to get you because you're some type of whore or another. That shit is just in your head, sweetie. They're fucking bureaucrats. The best people to represent you in making a settlement offer to the IRS are ex-IRS agents. They can get the best deals due to either professional courtesy and/or a kickback you will never know about.
As far as the escort thing goes, how much time can you really get? I don't know, but I doubt it's a hell of a lot. As for vice watching you (sounds like bullshit), just do your business out of their jusisdiction.
