Nail-and-mail plus publication, for example? Anyway, it's immaterial. I'd be stunned if any of Skeeter Kerkove's many "investment properties" were above water on their mortgages (Skeeter strikes me as the 120% LTV, cash-back-at-closing kind of "investor") so they're worthless as enforcement targets. The only fun to be had will be in taking away his car.
