They have a lot of "evidence" but can't physically tie him to the room except through one coerced witness (going to receive less time) and a hung over whore who didn't even know she was being raped until after they fled? All she heard was the condom rapper, right? Just these two facts alone make the hinky hairs on the back of neck stand up and take notice.

According to the evidence laid out here, there all kinds of scenarios that are also plausible, I have seen nothing that confirms the jury decision, for me, but I'm more of a scientific type and like to see definite evidence. I can't just throw away my analytical nature and fall in line with a gut feeling like the police, prosecutors and jurors seem to do.
