I am singling out LA Direct because some believe they are the best agency. Derek Hay is a criminal who collects a fees from the production companies, and from the models. From what I've been told it is one or the other in the industry.

I've heard many first hand accounts from former LA Direct talent complaining about the unethical practices of Derek Hay, and his tweeker disciple Robert, and their filthy English cunt pig Fran whose job is to collect money from their whores.

The performers I have talked to are quite famous and drug free(surprisingly) and I would consider them credible sources. My credibility is in question because of my anonymity, but since I have nothing to gain, that means I am doing this out of charity and chivalry.

I'm an idealist, I'd like to see the whores who deserve it get paid more, and have the right to use condoms in scenes. There was a time when doing this for a living took a little more charisma, and dare I say it, "talent."

I gotta agree with Bad Habit here... and it's not that I don't feel that the girls don't deserve the rates they are asking. Actually thats not true. Almost all of the legal talent agencies that are licensed and bonded with the state use a Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement approved contract that appears to be exclusive. So many of the performers that are unhappy with their agent are told they cant leave until their contract is up.
