"Black Book" - directed by Paul Verhoeven. Epic in scale, sort of. Not bad, though the director squeezes in a horrific scene involving a huge pail of feces and a semi-naked heroine. Not as good as "Lives of Others," or life as a semi-awake intellectual in the GDR.

Howl's Moving Castle.
The ending was cheesy, and having Christian Bale in full Batman voice was wrong, but the first 90 minutes was pretty, pret-ty, pret....ty cool.

My buddy who lives in NY (the one I'm supposed to visit) is in the Departed. Nicholson didn't know most of his lines and had an assistant transmit the dialogue via earpiece.

I actually remember watching Moonwalker at a Drive-in cinema, where you hook the speakers to the window of your car and watch a huge screen about 1/4 mile away through a buggy windscreen, reeking of mosquito repellent so you don't get eaten alive while eating your popcorn. Basically a bunch of music videos held together by some loopy story about Michael taking kids around a Hollywood studio and being chased around by a claymation gang that later turns out to be... Joe Pesci.
I know it's not funny but I couldn't help but smile that the leading lady in this film was 8.
Cool as Ice however I had never seen and now I wish it had stayed that way. Some of the lines in this are utter cank and while it's meant to be funny it isn't. You'd think with a typical retarded story and lines like "Drop that zero and get with the hero" can't get any worse, but wait until you see the "romance scene" and Ice's dancing and you'll never be the same again.

I watched it and cut out all the Kristine DeBell scenes to intersperse with her "Alice in Wonderland" stuff. Actually, she looks younger in Meatballs, though that is older.

i liked it, but then again, i'm not the kind of guy who would resort to attempted murder if someone cuts me off in traffic, (or even the type of person who would say i did on an internet message board) so maybe you should take that with a grain of salt. i guess i would say, if you're a wrestling fan, believe the hype.

Did I mention that I watched "The Bishop's Wife" while I joined wmv files from RealityKings and BangBros using Boilsoft?  The best part of the movie is the angel helps the agnostic and doesn't judge him or tell him he's condemned to Hell for not kowtowing to the Church. I really like that message.

i got the husband all the star wars movies for christmas, and so far we've watched 'the phantom menace' and 'attack of the clones.' they're way better than expected, but natalie portman can't act for shit.

10 years later and I still can't understand the plot of "The Phantom Menace."   Got "YPF: Young People Fucking" when it appeared on the Netflix and watched it with the girlfriend tonight. Canadian comedy, a few cliched moments (one involving a strap-on), a few good laughs. Ample amount of tits in it if you're looking for some softcore fun. 7/10 stars.
