I was watching For Love Or Money when a commercial came on for Garnier's "100% Color." It started with this really ugly Asian chick with Elmo colored hair and the voice says "She's 3 percent [something], 97 percent [something else] ... but she's 100% color" with Elastica music playing in the background.
