Adult Entertainment Company Looking for Personal Assistant

Intensely busy adult enterprise needs to fill a full-time personal assistant position ASAP. This position is based in the San Fernando Valley in Van Nuys. We are a fast-paced, extremely successful bi-coastal organization involved in many facets of the adult industry as well as mainstream showbiz. We work in management, production, licensing and general business in the fields of entertainment. This is a high energy position requiring an individual with top-notch support skills. Position is a true "right arm" for a very demanding CEO. You will be responsible for all high level administrative support. The core of this position requires flawless organization with meticulous attention to detail as well as consistent follow through on all tasks and responsibilities entrusted to you. Must be available for overtime and some weekends. There is plenty of room for paid advancement as we are a small company that is overwhelmingly busy. Duties for this position are as follows, but not limited to:
- Make sure to always know CEO's whereabouts and movements as necessary.
- Make sure CEO is where he needs to be when he needs to be there AND ON TIME.
- Responsible at all times for CEO's timeliness (Wake Up, Calls, Departure/Arrival Times, Meetings/Interviews and Set Times).
- Checks email regularly throughout the day as well as at the end of the evening for possible updates or schedule changes.
- Check in with CEO daily and each evening in order to review calendar/ upcoming appointments.
- Assist CEO in completing all outstanding commitments (press calls, interviews, etc) by not only reminding him of deadlines, but also checking in along the way and updating him of any and all applicable changes necessary for completion.
- Handles re-routed personal/professional phone calls for CEO as directed.
- Handle light administrative tasks including faxing, sending and receiving packages, going over e-mails with the CEO and printing out documents for signature
- Updates calendar daily/weekly with new schedule and frequent changes.
- Coordinate events, manage guest list, book location, hire talent/models
- Able to handle CEO's travel arrangements (air, hotel and ground)
- Must travel with laptop (item provided) at all times
- Handles daily personal needs for CEO including meals, packing for travel
- Run all errands as requested.
- Must be comfortable navigating and giving driving directions throughout the Los Angeles Area. Use Map Quest if necessary.
- Must be internet and mac savvy
- Possible pet sitting while CEO is out of town
This is not a job for the meek! Must be thick-skinned.

Established relationships or a good working knowledge of the adult industry are a plus but not a must.
