First off, this site is a unfilter, unmonitored, slanderous peice of shit. Secondly, this site has become a platform for assholes to anonymously post anything and everything they want.

For those of you who are new, or a complete fucking moron, here is how the Adult Industry basically runs. Chances are, you might get screwed over by someone... take you pick!

<b>Producers in porn - All of them want to get you to produce the most amount of content they can get out of you, for the least amount of money possible... end of story. Girls make more money now in porn, and work more often then they ever have, so quit bitching.

<b>Agents in porn - do we like them? Not really. Do we need them? Yes, otherwise it would be frickin chaos and nothing would get done. Here are some of the major agents in the country:

<b>- LA Direct Models -</b> "Derek Hay" runs it. Pros - #1 in the agencies. They have the most models, all the highend pro pornstars, get the most work for their models, and pay the most. Cons - they models are booked for anything and everything that comes along, Derek makes the models work with as talent or he won't book them (suposedly), they don't pay for model flights, charges a lot for model rent and are pretty strict with the models. Always the object of controversy, usually started by other agents.

<b>- Gold Star Modeling -</b> "Joel Lawrence" runs it. Pros - 2nd largest agency, a lot of high end models, they have good booking practices, and do pretty good business. Cons - models don't get paid directly, producers pay Joel, then he pays the models (most of the time). Don't cover flight costs or housing.

<b>- FoxxxModeling -</b> "Chris" runs it. Pros - good managed talent pool, does pretty good business at recruiting/booking. Cons - Doesn't cover houseing or flights. No very tactful and pisses producers off.

<b>- Alternative Modeling -</b> "Eli Thomas" runs it. Pros - Has grown a lot as a company, specializes in bringing in new talent, does pretty good business, interactive website, decent model housing, free transportation. Cons - Has a little shady past in the biz, some deals fell through, not liked by other agents, since most models are newcomers the talent pool constantly changes.

<b>- Speigler Girls -</b> "Mark Speigler" runs it. Pros - fairly easy to work with, gets a lot of work for the talent pool he has. Cons - housing is terrible, he looks like a troll (who cares), and has a knack for collecting money from girls.

<b>- Prestige Talent Agency -</b> "Ray" runs it. Pros - not many. Cons - Not a real agency, is a pimp with girlfriend, lots of girls have been burned by him with money, not really going anywhere in the industry.

<b>- Giirlz Inc. -</b> "Brian Berkenfield" runs it. Pros - Good at getting new models, can get pretty steady stream of work for models for a while. Cons - Is two people running the "company", only charges models 10% but makes models pay for everything else (transportation, hotel, etc.). Apparently has weird fetish of making models lick his nipples while they jerk him off. Collects money at shoots from girls. Bottom of the barrel talent pool.

<b>Production company recruiters</b> - They usually pay for model flights and stay. However, will only have work for them with that specific production company for that stay. Will sometimes refer them to an agency after they are done with them, unless they are under a contract of somekind (read your fucking contracts girls!)

<b>Girls in Porn</b> - Ok girls, this is the PORN INDUSTRY, and you do porn for a reason. You have the pros which treat it like a business, and understand that it a business! You have your moderate models that are going to college, need money, love sex = they do porn. Then you have the damaged girls, hooked on cocaine or meth, or they have a pimp boyfriend, daddy issues, (take you pick), and are too young and too stupid to do anything else, guess what, your just as likely to get screwed over in the real world as you would in porn, at least in porn you'll make more money. You also have a lot of girls that have the potential to be great in the industry, but are screwed over in the beginning by a shady producer or a crappy agent. Thems the breaks.

Dood, the adult industry is just as filled with pricks looking to fuck you over as quick as possible as any other business. So you take your pick as to where you want to get fucked... "them's the breaks" (who the fuck says that??).
