In a round about way, a girl can make $5k-10k per scene; that is if she gets a contract. Then, yes, salary divided by amount of scenes can possibly= $5k-10k.
Though, with the way that guy writes, he's more likely to attract hood rats with their baby daddy's name on their tit than a girl of contract caliber. Doubtful he's aiming for quality anyway. Even if he can rope in a few ugly girls who can't get work once their new girl appeal wears off after three scenes, he's still profitted or at least bought a new hd plasma.
