Nothing really fits the time-frame given. The closest is a show where young MacCauley Culkin has a live action intro, from the early '90s. It's possible, if not probable, that the show you watched was older than 89-91 and just in re-runs. Anyway, take a look & see if anything jogs your memory.

WTF is that shit. Its been known for a long time Hollywood has run out of ideas. Recycling old TV shows and remaking old movies doesnt mean its going to be a hit. I can only hope The Smurfs and Speed Racer doesn't look as shitty as Underdog. _________________________
