One would have to see hard, forensic evidence to draw any reasonable conclusion. Hopefully some enterprising journalist will obtain access to the forensic evidence.

But they did say she had no track marks on her. He could have done so much to her without leaving any visible evidence.

There was no indictment, and no release of evidence, so an enterprising journalist would have to obtain this info via a leak, at best. That's unlikely to happen.

From what I read, I came to the conclusion he's more than likely guilty. Could be one hundred percent innocent though. I dunno.
