This is complete bullshit.
If she died of an illness the info might not be in the paper. But, if she died by OD or suicide or murder, there would be a coroner's inquest/report to verify. And, those are public info and would be reported on some level somewhere.

Her mother and I (we’re divorced) did not know she was in the business until just a few weeks before her passing. We did not judge her nor condemn her for her chosen path. We love her deeply, and she knows we do, even in death. And to set the record straight: she was NOT molested by her uncle. There was an incident with him, and it ended right there. Her parents did NOT give her up to a nasty uncle for rent. She was very young at the time. We lived in Mexico, the uncle lived in California. After the one incident, we never left her alone with him, and we seldom saw him until he died of a liver disease. My daughter is indeed as sweet and loving as many of you say she is. The reason I started posting on this site was that I was back into a porn addiction that I have struggled with for years. I’m ashamed and sorry to say that I came across a clip of her at 19, probably one of the first she had involvement with, and it stopped me in my tracks. Something about her face was so pure and sweet, I couldn’t continue. I looked up her name and came across stories about her life. I haven’t been back into the addiction since. She really brought home the fact that she and the other girls are humans and deserve so much better. I tried looking for ways to contact her and tell her this. Especially after hearing how she was trying to follow her dreams and get out of porn. I hope you aren’t offended by this but I’m taking your whole story with a grain of salt. For one, that link is inactive. Not that I think I have any right as a stranger to see her funeral, but it would be nice to see her in a picture other than what I’ve seen. All I could find anywhere regarding her passing was that shortly before the date you give, she was involved in an assault where this ‘Chico’ guy was arrested. Also, I found a Myspace site that she apparently set up with her last login date at 8/21. For the most part I believe you and don’t think you should have to convince me. I’m incredibly sorry for your loss. I hope it helps to know that she helped me. That time I saw her that I told you about, was right around the date you say was her death. I agree. BUT, my point is that the hoaxer could have obtained legit photos and used them to masquerade as Dad. And YES, a determined hoaxer has that much time on his/her hands.
I too have nothing better to do tonight than wrack my brain over this. Sad.  I was just thinking that Haley's actual surname is Hispanic, based on ID I'd seen previously. But maybe I've confused myself. Can anyone help? Please PM if so...

They need prayer not only because of the fact that they are being used in a degrading way, for the pleasure of people who are really deceived themselves, but also because these sex industry working people may realize what is happening to them and then be hit with a troubled heart, sadness and depression - wanting something to turn to (drugs, alcohol, more sex even . . .) but not knowing what - when we born-again Christians know it's simply the love of Jesus our Lord and Savior who can heal all troubled hearts.
They need prayer while in the business, but let's not forget them after they have seen the light, because it can be a terribly depressing thing to deal with once the truth is understood.
That type of depressing talk and despair is what turns on 90% of this board, eh?

It's obviously shopped, but he's a photographer.
The photo itself is shopped, which is no problem. It's the way it looks in the frame that's the problem. No consideration for the presence of light on glass, etc. It's just flat. Then again, someone could have sincerely created that too, I'm just not biting yet.

Although, if one of her parents was a citizen, she wouldn't need to marry Del Toro. On her 21st Birthday, she would simply declre her intention to remain a US citizen and renounce her Mexican citizenship. Same as my buddy who was born in Britain did.

Not in the least. What does the one have to do with the other? She needn't be a citizen to give a deposition. Thats Post hoc, ergo propter hoc at work.

What does being a citizen have to do with whether she's dead? Proving whether or not she had guns in her name is meaningless.  If on Monday, Charlie finds that Maryam Haley is her real name and that her dad's name is Kenneth Haley it doesn't prove she's alive or dead. This is information some stalker gathered. If the info doesn't match, it proves at least that the poster Kensabe is a fake. But, in all likelihood, it's valid.

Excellent point. This is because (according to the archived, defunct Photosite page) she was allegedly buried in Union Cemetery:

Well, there is no obtaining birth records from the state of Chihuahua over the net.
Zen, I'm using similar tools to People finder before I do the Lexis Search.
The info on "Mike's" page does not necessarily confirm "Ken's" bona fides. "ken" could simply be someone who knows Haley well enough to have that info.
