Took a small vacation from XPT and computers in general to do some spring cleaning. In the back of my garage I found a box of long-forgotten keepsakes dating back to my high school days, and that's where I found my holy grail.

It was liberated from my friend's dad's closet and we pirated several copies to circulate amongst ourselves. I dusted it off and put it in the VCR and for the first time since 1987, I watched 8 to4, Do You Wanna Be Loved and Skintight.
Watching these golden-era classics made me feel like a kid again. My question is this: Do any of you remember the first porn tape you stole/owned/pirated?

The first porn tape that I actually owned was a 6 hour tape that someone had dubbed a bunch of clips together. It got a lot of play amongst my friends and I and we all remember it, particularly because of some of the horridly bad porn funk music. I got this tape around 1984.
It had a couple of John Holmes clips where he actually performed decently, but it was after I lost track of the tape that I realized that there were actually two Traci Lords clips on there. Yeah, from when she was underage. One I specifcally remember was her and Jamie Gillis and she's dressed up as (surprise) a schoolgirl and he really fucks the shit out of her. In fact all the clips on theat tape were carefully selected so that the remote could be left alone. And this was back when putting a tape together like that wasn't so easy. Not many people had TWO VCR's back then. They were still expensive! How things change...

I don't have a good "first tape" story, but I remember first looking at porn when I was 7 or 8. There was a field behind my house and me and two other girls from the neighborhood would always go back there to climb trees and ruin our clothes. These boys from the neighborhood made this fort area and we snuck in it one time and found a plastic grocoery bag full playboy magazines and dirt. I remember sitting with my friends for a good while looking at those magazines in amazment and disgust. We got bored with them eventually and put them back, except for one of the girls who kept suggesting we look at them again... That's when my other friend explained to me what "lesbian" meant and we didnt talk to her again after that.

That story was just starting to get hot, damn it!

My first porn tape I owned was of my friends parents that they had filmed sometime...Now i was 10 at the time so i found this tape to be quite valiuable...this mom was one of the hot moms on our block so i charged the other neighbor boys a doller to come watch it while my parents were at work...needless to say someone shot thier mouth off and i was grounded for 6 months...

Yeah, porn was really hard to come by up here for a long time. Until about 1988 or 89 Ontario had the most ridiculous hardcore censorship laws. Full frontal nudity was permitted (unless the male actor's cock was hard) but any actual sex, either oral or full intercourse, was edited out at the border.

Right around the time I turned 18 the laws changed again. This time we were allowed to see everything except the cumshot. To this day I don't know understand the logic behind that decision.

At somepoint the market was flooded with product from Quebec, which never had any censorship save for the usual; no animals, no kids and no scat/piss.

All the censorship in the province did nothing to hamper our little peer networks we had established. We raided and duplicated the cache of porn that certain parents had via black market satellite. Anyone else remember the American XXXstacy channel?
