It's a Japanese thing. They slop the whores with some kind of viscous jell. I have no idea what it is, but it's supposed to be reminiscent of dude loads.

Most of the time it is methylcellulose. It's basically the stuff that gives shampoo it's consistancy.

You beat me to it...it's also one of the base ingredients of wallpaper paste. The genre dealing with this is known as 'lotion' in Japan, and it's kind of like a bastard hybrid of Western wet-and-messy (WAM or 'sploshing') and Japanese bukkake.
