What are the laws governing filming a Porno adult
video in the state of Nevada ? As we go towards the
state of Texas the laws become strict. Please inform
on this subject.
In what parts of Los Angeles (Hollywood, North Hollywood,
San Fernando Valley, Orange County, Long Beach, etc.)
can one legally film a Adult Video ?
Did the US 2257 change from last year or is it the
same as always.

Asking for legal advice on a message board is no smarter than asking for medical advice on a message board. Asking advice from California pornographers about producing porn in another state is not exactly mensa material either. Suck it up and see a lawyer if you are concerned.
For what its worth, Clarke County is the most strict part of the state for prostitution. I've had to represent several whores who got busted for escorting at the Mandalay Bay.

Totally correct, what's even worse for the girls is getting busted outside the strip (Mandalay Bay is obviously ON the strip) while still in Clark cty.
For the last 10 years, anytime I talk to friends and associates in the casino industry in Vegas, perhaps the most consistent issue/problem they have to deal with is HOW TO HANDLE the whores infesting the strip and other vegas properties. Essentially, the customers (Single guys with disposable income, conventioners, etc....i.e. the PRIMARY demographic for their marketing efforts) WANT to be able to call in for pussy whenever they want, and they pretty much do. The Hotels try to turn a blind eye when they can, so long as the chick(s) are not causing problems or doing anything wrong. But just like porn whores, regular whores are crazy as well, and inevitably one, or a few, fuck it up for everyone by causing some kind of problem that impacts the other important demographic, married couples over the age of 40 (especially retirees).
So the debate continues .... some thoughts and ideas that have received serious analysis the last several years revolve around bringing the STRIP CLUBS inside the big hotel/casinos. It kills the marketing chiefs to know that, on a saturday night between the hours of 10pm to 4am, that most of their single male customers and conventioners are over at Jaguars, or Treasures, or even downtown at Olympic Garden or the newly renovated Glitter Gulch, blowing serious bucks on booze and boobs. What's worse, after they leave such a club, they will probably stop at the nearest casino to try and win some of the money they blew back, and that casino is NOT going to be the huge Megaplex flagship property they left back on the strip, because it is too far away, and they are drunk and disoriented. Instead they will hit somewhere Downtown, or off the strip like Palace Station, places NEAR the stripclubs they just left. That is why those properties tolerate the nearby stripclubs to the extent they do, because they know they get runoff from their traffic. And it has become pretty common for a significant number of the strippers working the Vegas scene to offer "Private Sessions" if the price is right, and they feel comfy with the client/customer. In fact, a lot of girls prefer this method of (discreetly) hooking up for a couple privates AFTER their strip club shift, because they have had the chance to meet and sit with the prospective dude(s) and get a feel for them, and negotiate under the guise of lap dances and in a noisy, confused environment. And Vegas Metro, unless their is some political backstory going on, will leave it alone so long as no one is getting beat up in the parking lot, or tons of Coke and Heroin aren't coming in and out the back door...
What's stopping the Hotels from opening strip clubs on site is a hodgepodge of issues, but typically, it's simply a case of no one wants to be first. Which is too bad, because in Marketing, being FIRST is the most important and powerful dynamic for success. Liability issues also crop up in trying to determine if the strippers in such an arrangement would be subcontractors of the Strip Club inside the casino, or a part of the actual hotel/casino. The quality and integrity of your average stripper makes this issue a scary one for publicly traded corporations like Mandalay Resorts, Harrah's and the rest of the big boys. But I am poised to buy a chunk of shares of the first corporation that takes the plunge and brings sex onsite. In my mind it is cant miss booster shot of the marketing equivalent of Human Growth Hormone.
Club Da Burglar thoroughly reccomends to any horny fucker visiting Vegas to try and find a chick to take care of your needs at one of the many strip clubs in the area...the advantages are obvious and significant to doing it this way rather than taking the chance and dialing one of those ridiculous streetside flyer numbers or even the yellow pages. A strip club allows YOU as well as the girl to quickly establish a rapport.... and embodies the all important concept when it comes to ordering take out pussy, wysiwyg. Once you find a chick(s) that you like and trust, and vice versa, life becomes easier and more enjoyable in this area ... she can recommend other friends for you to see in the future, you throw your friends her way for extra business, and VOILA, relationships are established that remove much of the anxiety and bumps that typically hinder this type of activity.

I've never had the pleasure of sampling your Vegas whores because I bring an east coast escort pal with me when I travel and she takes care of that need. However, she's mentioned that Vegas whores lack motivation to treat the customer right. In other words, the clientele is not going to become a regular by virtue of the transitory nature of trips to Vegas. I imagine that review sites are changing this to some degree, but what is your solution top increase the GFE quality control for Vegas whores?

Since moving back to the SF Bay area a little more than a year ago, I don't have much of a need or time to bother with Vegas escorts, but I still talk with and otherwise hangout with a handful of them who have become friends in the general conventional sense. But I know exactly what you are talking about in terms of quality and the general nature of Vegas Escort experiences. And I can definitely say, in the last 3-4 years, what you describe has been changing as Vegas itself continues to grow and change accordingly.
Sure, their still is the tranisitory, "come-and-go" element in the city, but as more and more people my age (late 30s) settle down and buy places to live in Vegas, things have changed. And also, many of the better, less-drugged out, more conscientious escorts (typically of higher quality....500 an hour MINIMUM and up) have REGULARS who visit Las Vegas consistently (like once a month) and therefore the quality of the encounter reflects that arrangement. Back in the mid 1990s, the situation you descibed of Vegas escorts basically being lousy, fast food-esque experiences, was true. Up until 1996, before I met the chick who essentially opened the door for me into the higher eschelons of quality Vegas Escorts ("Roxy", the one who recently croaked) I would do as you do and bring a date/escort from Southern Cali or San Jose/San Fran. But these days, you dont HAVE to do it that way anymore, and that is why I recommended checking out the strip clubs in such a manner...with a little patience and effort you will find a chick to meet your needs and have a good time with, and even if you dont, at least you wasted your time in a strip club and NOT in one of the ridiculous brothels up north, or worse, blowing serious cash in the casinos.
The Brothels are overpriced "moo" festivals, where the laziest of the lazy sit around and eat bon bons or Mr Hof's BBq'd Baby Back Ribs and wait for the uninitiated or uninformed to show up and plop their money down. Obvious exceptions to this brothel state of affairs is when a specific chick (like a porn star) sets up shop for a specified period of time at a place like the Bunny Ranch and you, if thats what floats your boat, JUST HAVE TO SEE HER...or otherwise, one of the few truly exceptional, hott brothel workers actually makes herself available, and she comes down from the ridiculously inflated rates they usually charge at such a place, then it might be worth the effort to visit (if you've watched HBO's cathouse, seriously ask yourself, how many of those women that you've seen on the show would you be willing to pay 1500 bucks (or more) for about an hours worth of "sex"??? Most are cows, or otherwise not terribly attractive. And that's because, a truly hott chick with even a modicum of wherewithal and marketing acumen can make more for herself working FOR HERSELF in a city (most ANY city.)
